AI Transparency Notice

The Operator is an AI system, not a person. When you open the chat on this site, you are talking to an AI agent, as required by Art. 50(1) of the EU AI Act. It will tell you this itself, and it is instructed to never claim to be human.
What the Operator is
“pro7ocol/operator” is an automated chat agent built on large language models. It asks about your company and, based on what you describe, suggests where an agent could help and whether EU AI Act exposure applies — it does not have access to your systems, and it cannot take any action beyond replying in the conversation.
Which models power it
Replies are generated by Anthropic’s Claude (model claude-sonnet-4-6). If that call fails, or Anthropic is not configured on the server, the same conversation is sent instead to Google’s Gemini (model gemini-2.5-flash) as a fallback, with no change in what the Operator is allowed to say. If neither is available, the chat shows a plain contact form instead of a generated reply.
What it does with what you type
Each message you send is sent to whichever model is generating the reply, to produce the next line of the conversation. Messages are capped at 1,000 characters and a conversation at 12 messages. If you share a work email, the Operator is instructed to extract a short summary of the conversation (sector, size, the problem you described, your email) and that summary is forwarded to Vitaly by Telegram and n8n so he can follow up personally. It can be wrong
The Operator is a language model, not a person who knows your business. It can misunderstand what you typed, be confidently wrong, or give an answer that does not fit your situation. Its “opportunity snapshot” is a conversation starter, not an assessment, an offer, or advice — including on anything related to the EU AI Act. Nothing it says is a professional or legal opinion.
How to reach a human instead
You do not need to go through the Operator. Email vitaly@pro7ocol.com directly, or book a 30-minute discovery call at book.pro7ocol.com/vitaly/discovery-call. If the Operator is offline, the chat itself falls back to a short contact form that reaches Vitaly the same way.
Changes to this notice
If the models behind the Operator change, or what it is allowed to do changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
