What Nomina Generator is

Nomina Generator calculates estimated Spanish payslips (recibo de salarios) and produces a PDF in the official format set out in Orden ESS/2098/2014. You fill a three-step wizard — worker and company, salary and number of payments, period — and it computes Social Security contributions and IRPF withholding based on the personal situation declared in Modelo 145.

It is a calculator, not a payroll bureau. The figures are estimates based on published 2025/2026 rates. They are not an official payslip and do not replace a gestor or labour advisor.

Does it work without internet?

Yes, completely. All calculation and PDF generation happen on your iPhone. The app makes no network requests at all and works in airplane mode from first launch. The only exception is buying additional payslips, which goes through the App Store and therefore needs a connection.

How does the free payslip work?

The first payslip you generate is free. After that, generating more requires either a pack of additional payslips or the unlimited unlock, both available in the app under “Planes”.

The free payslip is counted per device, and the count persists if you delete and reinstall the app.

I bought a pack of payslips and switched to a new iPhone — where did they go?

Payslip packs are what Apple classifies as a consumable purchase, like credits in a game. Apple does not restore consumable purchases to a new device, and this is Apple’s rule rather than a choice made by this app — the remaining count lives on the device where you bought it.

The unlimited unlock works differently: it is recorded against your Apple ID and restores on any device you sign into. If you move between devices, that is the option to choose.

How do I restore my unlimited unlock?

Open the app, tap Planes in the header, then Restaurar compras. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used to buy it. The app will tell you whether a purchase was found.

If it reports nothing to restore and you believe that is wrong, check the Apple ID in Settings first — a different Apple ID is by far the most common cause — and then email us with the date of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. We have no ability to issue or refuse a refund on Apple’s behalf.

Can I use the app in English?

Yes. The app follows your iPhone’s language automatically and supports English and Spanish, and you can override it in the app at any time.

The generated PDF stays in Spanish in both cases. That is deliberate: it is a Spanish legal document format with prescribed field names, and translating it would make it wrong rather than more useful.

The numbers do not match my real payslip

This is a calculator working from published rates and the personal situation you enter, so differences are expected. The usual causes are the Modelo 145 details (marital status, dependants, disability, Ceuta/Melilla), the contribution group, salary supplements, or a company applying a collective agreement the app does not model.

If you have checked those and still see a discrepancy you cannot explain, email us with the inputs you used — not a real employee’s data, please, an equivalent example — and we will look at it.

Email nomina@pro7ocol.com. The most useful details are your iPhone model, your iOS version, the app version, and the exact sequence that triggered the problem. Replies usually come within a few days.
